Arachinda
The Phylum Arthropada included a few groups;
Class Crustacea: crabs, prawns, lobsters.
Class Chilopoda: Centipedes
Class Diplopoda: Millipedes
Class Insecta: Insects
Class Arachnida: Spiders and Arachnids
Spiders have blood circulating in their bodies, their blood is colorless it is called hemolymph like our blood it transports nutrients, hormones, and oxygen. Spiders have open blood circulation system, blood vessels transport to a specific place but it also flows freely in the open spaces between the organs. Spiders hearts are on the back of their abdomens. They have an open tube called pericardial-sinus which is a main artery in the spiders body it is hung in the chest cavity. This valve expands and contracts much like our lungs do. Because of this valve their blood only flows in one direction.

Crustacea
Most types of Crabs have an open circulatory system. The nutrients that they need are absorbed in this system. The exchange of gases happens in their gills which are almost like lungs. Crabs have a heart and blood enters the hear by means of four openings. The heart beats faster to make blood move quicker. For crabs that go on land their gills must remain moist or they will die of lack of dehydration.
Insecta
Insects have a closed circulatory, in this closed system blood is always contained throughout the vessels. the circulatory system is responsible for movement of nutrients, salts, hormones, and metabolic wastes. besides pumping blood it also provides a defense it seals off wounds through clotting reactions, this system also fights off parasites that might try to attack the insect. In some insects the blood can cool down or heat up the insect depending on the environment the insect is in.
